We will then set you up with a tutor, so that you can arrange a suitable time and place for your first free 20 minute meeting.

At your first meeting, the tutor will do a Level Check, so that he/she can prepare for your first lesson. You should also discuss where you would like to meet for your future lessons.

Absentees/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a lesson for whatever reason, please notify your tutor within at least 24 hours of the lesson time, as he/she will be preparing for your lesson.

If you know you are going to be late or absent, please also inform your tutor as soon as possible.

No refunds can be made to students who cancel lessons or are absent.

A month's notice to the Agency is required, should you wish to discontinue your lessons for whatever reason
